Experience the strength, grace, and thrill of aerial straps, one of the most exciting disciplines in the aerial world. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new or ready to take your skills higher.
You’ll build a strong foundation as we explore key positions like:

- Reverse Nutcracker/Scorpion
- Support Position
After a full warm-up, we’ll dive into artistic and technical elements of spinning, then take it to the air with beats and swings. You’ll leave feeling strong, inspired, and equipped with tools to keep progressing—not just in straps, but in all your aerial training. ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Alex Oliva to the Cirque Art Studio family! Alex is a Boston-based acrobat, he brings world-class experience in aerial straps, aerial pole, and Cyr wheel. He’s performed on major stages around the globe, including.
